THE TDI EXTENDED RANGE DIVING INSTRUCTOR COURSE
This course provides the training and experience required to be certified to competently teach air dives to 55m that require staged decompression, utilising Nitrox mixtures or oxygen during decompression.

To take this course you must:
  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Be a certified TDI Extended Range Diver or equivalent
  • Be Advanced Nitrox Instructor and Decompression Procedure Instructor or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 250 logged dives with at least 25 extended range dives
  • Show proof of 10 certified advanced Nitrox or Decompression Procedures divers

    The courses last at least four days and includes six open water training dives (minimum accumulated bottom time of 100 minutes). All dives must be deeper than 30m with four dives deeper than 40m.
