Cat has been a diving instructor in Egypt for the last 11 years. Beginning life as a safari guide before settling into a role within the Hurghada Dive centre. After being exposed to Technical Divers on the boat an interest began to grow and it has continued substantially over the years. She loves the Technical diving around the Hurghada area due to the amount of wrecks that are within the local area, she says "it is a perfect area to do Technical Diving".

Bence Szentklaray
Bence moved to Egypt in 2003 with a burning ambition to own and run a professional dive operation. The "Dugong Club", now well established is a reflection of his effort and commitment into creating a quality diving experience for his guests. With the business running well, he has managed to find time to further develop his own personal diving ambitions within the recreational area of diving and more recently to be able to concentrate on his passion for Technical diving.

Shaun Fox
Shaun has proven himself to be a valuable assist to Tekstreme in Hurghada. His Naval skills, combined with years of diving experience and true commitment makes him the perfect Technical assistant that you could ask for. You will usually find Shaun hiding in the compressor room filling the tanks for the Tekstreme divers, or if not, sat quietly splicing ropes together to make the diving trapeze, or making our tanks look fresh with new stickers or paintwork, or if he has time, he is out guiding the Tekstreme guests.
A keen CCR diver, Shaun is looking to expand his credentials to KISS instructor as soon as we give him the time to do so!!

Claire E. Greathead
Claire's professional diving career began in 2006 in England managing a dive centre for 3 years, having spent a year diving and working in Madagascar. After which Claire began her travels, diving all over South East Asia, spending 4 months in Bali, Indonesia training and qualifying as a technical Instructor as well as kick starting some rebreather diving in Thailand! Now based in MarsaAlam, Claire is keen to pursue her recreational and technical diving career and discover more of what the Red Sea has to offer!

James P. Fisher
James started diving in 2003 and turned professional in 2007 teaching recreational diving in England. Shortly after this he discovered a new passion for technical diving whilst in Bali and Indonesia in 2010, and rebreathers in Thailand. James is keen to share his enthusiasm of technical diving with divers looking for their next challenge!

Mark Chilton
Mark first came to Egypt in 2003 when he trained and worked as a dive master. In 2004 he took the next step to became a PADI recreational instructor. It was whilst he was teaching that he found his love for technical diving and he soon went on to become a Technical instructor working in Sharm.
After becoming a CCR diver Mark fell in love with the Megalodon Rebreather and currently uses it as frequently as possible. During the colder winter months you can find Mark indulging in his passion in the UK, Switzerland and the Philippines. Mark is always looking to further his qualifications and experience and looking to the next challenge.

Duncan Spencely
Duncan has been living and working in Sharm El Sheikh since 2006. On arrrival he qualified as a PADI Instructor and was quickly taken under the wing of Chris Armstrong (former Tekstreme favourite). Chris steered him towards the tec route in his first Sharm winter and Duncan was instantly bitten by the bug. He went on to complete his trimix qualifications, tec instructor rating and then started down the closed circuit route. At the same time, Duncan continued to explore and develop his other passion, Photography (both on land and underwater). On a day off you will find Duncan tec diving with camera in tow...

Steve Parry
Steve Parry has been working in Sharm-el-Sheikh since 2006. He became a technical diver in 2008 and loved it from the word go! He is also a safari guide and loves rummaging around in wrecks as much as the wonderful reef and wildlife on offer in the Red Sea.
