TEKSTREME LOCATIONS

With four locations, Emperor Divers is the Red Sea's premier PADI 5-star Career Development centre and BSAC training facility.

Emperor Divers started its technical diving activities in 1997. Having been a PADI facility from its beginnings, the centre became a TDI facility in 2000, and a BSAC training facility in 2006.

The full range of BSAC, TDI and PADI Tec Rec courses are offered throughout the year with availability in all of the resorts. Your training is with our team of highly qualified, skillful, professional instructors in the comfort of our air conditioned classrooms and spacious boats.

Emperor Divers Hurghada

Hurghada is fast growing to be the most popular location for technical courses due to the vast abundance of wrecks throughout its depths. Whether it's patrol boats, cargo ships, ferries or gorgonian fan forest walls, Hurghada can offer the best variety of dive sites to suit your needs.

Emperor Divers Sharm El Sheikh

Sharm El Sheikh continues to be a popular technical diving location, offering access to famous sites and stunning wall dives through the straights of Tiran and Ras Mohammed.

Emperor Divers Marsa Alam

For technical divers looking for something a little bit quieter then our centre at Marsa Alam is the place for you. With our private jetty, dive sites only 10 minutes away and speedy access with our fast RIB, Marsa Alam offers tranquil reef wall diving, away from the hustle and bustle.

Guided technical diving

The warm water and low stress levels imposed by the excellent visibility means the diver can plan for less narcosis and head down a little deeper. Good visibility means it's possible to make deep wall and wreck dives. The underwater scenery is impressive with stunning canyons, arches, caves, and sea mounts in addition to pristine wrecks between 30m and 100m.

The decompression phase of the dive, far from becoming a necessary evil, is another dive in itself. Deco is usually out on the reef with superb corals and fish life to keep you interested on the stops.

For each technical dive Tekstreme will provide you a private guide. All of our Team are trimix divers, or technical instructors and will provide all the dive planning and support required, as well as leading the dive and providing support divers as necessary. Guided dives means there are no aborted dives or wasted minutes of bottom time looking for wrecks or the correct drop-in point.

Technical diving safaris by boat

Throughout the year Tekstreme can provide guided liveaboard technical safaris for:

Extended no stop multilevel diving for more time on the shallower wrecks
Extended range air diving with accelerated nitrox decompression
Trimix diving for the deeper sites

Special deep wreck itineraries are available for the suitably qualified.

Everything is also available for closed-circuit rebreather divers (sofnolime, tanks, bailout tanks).

Technical equipment hire

Tekstreme is happy to offer you the most up to date technical diving equipment to suit all of your needs. Equipment available includes twin bladder wings and backplates, top quality backgas regs, oxygen clean deco regs, 12 or 15Ltr manifolded twinsets with 8, 10 & 12lt deco slings also 3lt ponies and a large selection of rebreather cylinders including Inspiration, Evolution, Kiss, etc.
Custom nitrox and trimix mixes are available upon request.
